SSC students belonging to the 2026–27 batch, recently participated in a spiritual retreat at the Light of the World Retreat House, Old Goa. The retreat provided the students with a meaningful opportunity to step away from their routine, reflect on their lives, deepen their faith, and prepare themselves spiritually for the important year ahead.
The retreat was animated by Fr. Prakash (Director), Br. Cajetan Pereira, Fr. Apollo Cardoso, Fr. Simon De Melo, and Bencia Monteiro, who guided the students through prayer, reflection, sharing, and engaging activities designed to help them discover God's presence in their lives.
For the students, the retreat was not merely a day of prayer but also a time for self-reflection, friendship, gratitude, and spiritual renewal. Through moments of silence, meaningful interactions, and guided reflections, they were encouraged to look within, recognise their strengths and challenges, and approach the year ahead with greater faith, purpose, and confidence
