The theme for the Academic Year 2026-2027, which was officially introduced on the day, set a promising tone for the coming school year.
Don Bosco High School Panjim reopened on June 6, 2026 after a refreshing summer vacation, welcoming students back to campus with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
Drawing inspiration from the excitement surrounding the FIFA World Cup, the inaugural prayer service reminded students that just as every player on a football team has a unique role to perform, each one of us has a special contribution to make within our families, the school, and society at large.
The prayer service also introduced the theme for the academic year, 'Educated to Serve – Becoming the Gift You Were Meant to Be.' Students were encouraged to view education not merely as a path to personal success but as a means of discovering their unique gifts and placing them at the service of others. Service will continue to remain at the heart of every endeavour undertaken by the school throughout the year.
With hearts full of hope and a shared commitment to growth and service, the Boscoites look forward to another enriching and rewarding academic year.
