The faculty of Don Bosco High School, Panjim, participated in an enriching workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI) conducted by internationally acclaimed AI strategist and educator Leo Victor Zalki.
Having conducted over 100 AI workshops and trained 5,000+ teachers and 15,000 students and professionals worldwide, Zalki introduced educators to practical AI tools for lesson planning, assessments, presentations, classroom engagement, and personalised learning. Through interactive demonstrations, teachers explored how AI can enhance productivity while supporting effective teaching.
A major focus of the session was the ethical and responsible use of AI. Zalki emphasised academic integrity, data privacy, and the importance of verifying AI-generated content, reminding teachers that AI should complement—not replace—human judgement, creativity, and values.
The workshop concluded with teachers feeling inspired and better equipped to integrate AI into their classrooms, reaffirming Don Bosco High School's commitment to embracing innovation while upholding ethical and responsible educational practices.
