The Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2025–26 was held with great pride and enthusiasm at Don Bosco High School, Panjim, on 26th June 2025. The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp, invoking God's blessings for the smooth and successful functioning of the school. The ceremony marked the formal appointment of the Junior Head Boys – Faegan Fernandes and Elliot Sequeira, The House Captains for the four houses- Vallan Fernandes for Bose House, Fahim Sheikh for Tagore House, Archit Gawde for Nehru House, and Chris D’Costa for Gandhi, and the Class Monitors.

The newly elected leaders were invested with their responsibilities by the Headmaster, Rev Fr Avin Carvalho, and the Chief Guest, Ms Sanderina Andrade our esteemed senior teacher who is retiring this year. The solemn oath-taking ceremony was administered by Fr Avin , inspiring the young leaders to uphold the values and discipline of the institution.

The Chief Guest, Ms Andrade, in her address, encouraged the student leaders to lead with integrity and responsibility and urged the young leaders to carry out their duties with dedication and set an example for their peers, embracing the responsibilities entrusted to them with pride and commitment. The House System was officially declared open by Fr Avin Carvalho, marking the beginning of inter-house activities for the academic year.

The event also included a moment of pride and joy as the school felicitated the outgoing students who achieved distinction in their Board examinations, along with the School Toppers, for their outstanding academic performance.

The event concluded with applause and cheers, celebrating leadership, academic excellence, and a renewed commitment to uphold the Don Bosco spirit.
